Sujana Towers Limited (STL) was incorporated under The Companies Act, 1956. The Company was incorporated by Shri Y.S.Chowdary, Shri G.Srinivasa Raju and their associates. The Company Sujana Towers Limited has been incorporated to demerge the tower division of Sujana Metal Products Limited pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation as approved by the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad on 10.04.2007. The Company is listed at Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, Mumbai. The Company expanded towers capacity at Hyderabad from 28,125 TPA of Galvanized Towers to 1,28,125 TPA. The Company is in the process of expanding the capacity at Chennai by adding another 1,00,000 TPA.

Sujana Towers Limited was originally a division of Sujana Steels Ltd since 2000, however, the Tower Division was demerged and incorporated as a separate company in 2006.

Sujana Towers Limited is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, among few of its kind in the country and also obtained approvals for supply from PGCIL, various State Electricity Boards and BSNL.

To impart strength, longevity and resistance against atmospheric impact and peeling, our towers are galvanized. The Galvanizing process involves several stages for which we have set up two large-scale units at IDA Bollaram Industrial Estate, Hyderabad, to emerge as India's largest galvanized steel tower manufacturing company. Sophisticated equipments are pressed into use to fabricate and Galvanize the towers , so that clients receive ready-to-erect structures. We deploy specialized CNC machinery for punching, notching, shearing and grinding of the structural steel.
