In the light of the tremendous opportunities and in order to participate in the country’s economic development through the fast growing infrastructure sector, the company has set up a separate division for this purpose. This division is situated at Plot No.18, Nagarjuna Hills, Panjagutta, Hyderabad – 500 082. This Division and made an initial turnover of Rs.60 lacks by undertaken contract for construction of office accommodation. The Company has plans to undertake construction and developmental activities like integrated residential townships, commercial buildings and specialized design and construction of integrated medical college and super specialty hospital etc., Negotiations are under way for the above and the company proposes to invest Rs.40 cr. for Equipment and machinery for the said purpose. The company had participated in tenders for laying 6 lane highways floated by National Highway Corporation Ltd., thro a consortium and the same are under process. It is expected to get a contract value of Rs.160 crores and the same is materialized by the end of June, 2008.
