The speaker of the evening was Dr.G.V.G. Krishna Murthy, former election commissioner – Government of India. |
| Dr.G.V.G. Krishna Murthy said that corruption, entry of fraud persons into Parliament and caste are cancerous to a healthy democracy. "Conducting elections in India is almost a 9th wonder of the world" he reasoned. While his tenure as Election Commissioner, he introduced voter friendly measures for a hassle free voting across the country and reiterated that the same is followed as a model in 41 countries. |
| The Chairman of Sujana Group of Companies Sri Y.S.Chowdary presided over the event and expressed that while utilizing the human resources one should think beyond politics. He also said that India encourages committed entrepreneurs and reasoned that the country is at cross roads with the sequel coalition governments' right from the 90s. |
